This is the story of Anastasia!

Patron of Weavers

Anastasia’s story took place long ago, during the era of Diocletian; little is known about her life. She was been born into an upper class Roman family. Because her Feast Day is December 25th, she is often mentioned during Christmas Mass. Her relics are located in Istanbul, Turkey, formerly known as Constantinople. Her patronages, of weavers, widows, and martyrs, are few. It is logical to assume that Saint Anastasia can help people interweave with one another, bringing welcome harmony and joy. One group that works to help the bereaved and grief-stricken is the Kaleidoscope Grief Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Their Mission is extremely worthy, and thus, very heavy. Kaleidoscope tries to help children forced to endure and reconcile the death of their parents. SaintsforSinners is proud to be associated with their work as donors to their fund-raisers. If you too would like to help grief-stricken children, contact the Kaleidoscope Grief Center in Little Rock. Saint Anastasia will be glad, and not sad, that you did.
